I agree. What Sessions need to do is put it to Meuller. Does he consider the abuse of power by the Obama administration in the investigation of the Trump campaign to be in or out of his jurisdiction? If so then investigate. If not then the DOJ will investigate. I am pretty confident that he will say it’s out of his jurisdiction because if he doesn’t then he’ll have to recuse himself since he worked for Obama.
