He is probably in his final weeks, maybe even days. The end can come rather quickly in these cases. He would not be leaving DC right now, with no photos, unless he were pretty severely incapacitated.
Based on the statements from his doctors (which are very different from the ones from the MSM) I would say he still has 2-3 years left.
