The Trump administration must allow two illegal immigrants access to abortions, according to a U.S. district judge’s ruling on Monday.
The order was placed on hold by Judge Tanya Chutkan to allow the Justice Department to appeal the ruling. In response, the Justice Department filed a notice of appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
The ruling is the latest development after a 17-year-old girl, who was in the U.S. illegally, petitioned the court to allow her to receive an abortion in October.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit decided on Oct. 24 that the minor could have an abortion performed immediately.
In the latest case, Chutkan wrote the girls’ “constitutional right to decide whether to carry their pregnancies to term” needed to be safeguarded in the ruling. In the legal action, the minors are known as Jane Roe and Jane Poe.
In response to the decision on Monday, the Trump administration remained critical.
“We are deeply disappointed in the decision to grant a temporary restraining order that will compel HHS to facilitate abortions for minors when they are not medically necessary,” a spokesman for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said in a statement. "A pregnant minor who has entered the country illegally has the option to voluntarily depart to her home country or identify a suitable sponsor. HHS-funded facilities that provide temporary shelter and care for unaccompanied alien minors should not become way stations for these children to get taxpayer-facilitated abortions.”

Constitutional right? Since when do illegal aliens have constitutional rights? Maybe POW status under the Geneva convention, but no, they have no rights in the country that they invaded.
Does the government give you rights, or do we force the government to recognize the natural rights of all humans?
It’s a particularly tricky question, because it makes people question really basic philosophies.
So does an illegal have constitutional rights? I don’t think they do. I do think they have natural rights as humans no matter which country of origin they come from, and that we make our government recognize those natural rights.
And since one of the most critical natural rights is the right to live, I’ve always had a problem with the government stating that you have a right to kill a baby.
As that’s a ‘government granted’ right, just like homosexuals calling themselves married, you’ll understand if I don’t particularly care to see either of them exercised or bantered about in the same manner as natural rights are.
She has a right to due process before the law, she has a right to be deported, and the baby has a right to live.
According to current law, that would be correct. They’d become anchor babies.

Believe an appeals court granted a stay here.
But keep in mind the same thing happened last fall when that other Mexican whore demanded the American people pay for killing her child, and eventually the murder was done.

Why is the federal government in the business of providing abortions ? I don’t remember anything about abortions in the Constitution.

Judge Tanya Chutkana ‘husband’ Peter Arno Krauthamer, a judge to the bench in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia,................. was nominated by ‘Barack Obama’ on July 11, 2011....so it’s a twofer Obama loaded the courts with...husband and wife tag team!

This is the same Judge Chutkan who presided over the Pakistani ‘Imran Awan’ fraud case....Demorat Wasserman Schultz’s information technology staffer who was arrested at the airport trying to sneak out of the US.
