The Trump administration could turn this whole story on its head politically by issuing a public statement reversing itself, and thanking for the help from all these leftist groups in pushing abortion for illegal aliens as a strategy to reduce the “anchor baby” problem.
The Courts have NO AUTHORITY in this matter, Arrest the Judges and Charge them with Violating the COnstitution.

The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.
Liberalism has obviously become a federally established religion.
I’m positive there’s a legal argument in there with plenty of evidence to support it. Useless with leftist judges, but few conservative beliefs are held with the threat of financial ruin or imprisonment as a consequence of noncompliance.
Every one of the Church of Socialists’ commandments is government established/regulated:
-gay marriage = forced
-abortion = forced
-illegal immigration = forced
-gun restrictions and bans = forced
-welfare payouts = forced
-food stamps = forced
-education curriculum = forced
-bake a cake = forced
-confederate flag removal = forced
-addadictome/takeadicoffome = forced
-trannys in bathrooms = forced
-affirmative action = forced
-high taxes on “wealthy” = forced
-non-smoking = forced
-invasive census questioning = forced
-gays in military = forced
-death tax = forced
-health insurance = forced
-automotive emission restrictions = forced
-CO2 restrictions = forced
-AGW education = forced
-Etc
Not sure where I’m going with this at 5am with only four hours of sleep, but there is a pattern here that needs some development as an illustration of legal bias and overreach on such matters when taxpayers are forced to pay for medical procedures on criminal aliens or compel physicians to violate their Hippocratic oath.
The highest priority here is the illegality of their presence in our nation. Otherwise, this is an abuse of the court’s time and taxpayer resources on issues that are not the court’s responsibility. Legal citizens and residents are deprived of the court’s time with exceedingly protracted access to pursue their cases in a timely manner.
I’ll add sleep deprivation to their crimes against Americans.
Who would have thought we’d reach a point where liberals are insisting a Republican president OK the murder of two foreign babies?
