Since California is so progressive (in a bad way) and effects many other states including the feds, I thought some freepers would like to see that we can still out do anything we have done so far.

I was disappointed no increase in fines on cow farts. If they tax old guy farts I will finally have to leave the state.

BTW most tax revenue goes into the general fund (read services to illegals). For the last 8 years most gas tax has not been spent on roads as intended. Our governor has been allergic to cars since 1975 when he stooped completion of the 210 freeway that lasted 30 years.

Oh here’s the list

Fellow Californians:

Friday was the end of this legislative year. Here are some of the highlights of this session:

1. SB-1: increases gas taxes by approximately 20 Cents/gallon (Nov 1) and your vehicle license fees by an average of $100 (Jan 1st). This is to repair the highways for which we have already been paying state gasoline tax.

2. Passed Cap N Tax which will increase gas by an additional 0.63 to 0.93 cents a gallon change and the taxes that go with it. So do the math.....(0.12 + 0.63 = 0.75/gallon + current $3.10/gallon = $3.85/gallon)!

3. Proposed increase on a new tax every residence will pay for tap water in the State!

4. A $3.46B parks bond to pay for parks in “disadvantaged communities” meaning Los Angeles. The debt service will be over $200 million a year. The good news is some money goes to help fix the Salton Sea which should have always been a State responsibility!

5. Law to release any lifer (murder, rape , child molestation, etc.) who is 60 years old and has already spent 25 years in prison! Charles Manson would have qualified today and the Melendez brothers that murdered their parents could be released in about 12 years? What about victims?

6. A new $10 charge on all residents living in Mobile home parks to address living condition enforcement in those parks? Why another tax on the poor?

7. We picked an official dinosaur of the State of California. Really ? Yes!

8. Tesla must either unionize with the United Auto Workers Union or forfeit State incentives to buy their electric cars! (Another Union Grab!)

9. Reduce from a felony to a misdemeanor the purposeful intent to transmit the AIDS virus to a unknowing partner.

10. Give preferential treatment to prisoners convicted of serious crimes that are less than 25 years old because their brains are not mature enough to understand right from wrong. (If their brains of don’t mature until 25, why do we allow them to vote at 18?)

11. A bill to require our true sex be omitted from drivers licenses?

12. Free legal services for illegal immigrants. (Of course !!)

13. Establish safe “injection zones” run by government to oversee people injecting heroin! (Yep, it passed!)

May consider forwarding so All Californians can be Proud of our Elected Officials

4 million Trump votes in Cali in 2016. If those people alll moved out to pink and purple states we’d be all set.

Oh, but glorious things are coming for California, 6 other blue states and Washington D. C.

Under the new tax bill, deductions for state taxes are limited to $10,000 total, meaning wealthy property owners are going to pay a good deal more in taxes, finally paying some of their “fair share” as Democrats like to call it.

Great idea. Ca is lost so time to think strategically. Ca is like that beautiful woman you eventually have to let go because you realize she will destroy you if you Don’t cut her loose.

CA is attempt to run out what’s left of the Middle Class. It’s fast becoming a land of wealthy leftist and their low wage servant class.

how do you do NN for just one state? Same for climate. Does Cal think Oregon, Mexico Nevada and Ar don’t effect it’s climate?

Thanx for reminding me. Is that retroactive to those who already own the property?

We’re retired although we both work RE. Many retirees left the state to non-income tax states, WA, TX and NV. We have our families in CAL tough to leave

__________________________________________________

It's why there is so much poverty. The middle class is broke and most barely get by, and the millions of illegals came from poverty, so they're right at home.

This is a state run by leftist morons.

A state that restricts the rights of legitimate Americans while aiding and abetting those who entered this country illegally. Only people with bad intentions would ever do this to it's own legitimate law abiding citizens.

“how do you do NN for just one state?”

The same way you’d do it for just one country:

Poorly.

500,000 each to the following states would make it hard for the Dems for a while: PA, OH, FL, MI, WI, VA, NC and MN
