Seems to me the definitive language in this EO is dangerously vague.
My bet it that by declaring an emergency he has circumvented some “protections” if temporarily.
Looks like all three of Assange’s twitter feeds WERE suspended last night. Deep State must expect him to live-tweet something bad about to happen to them that he’s highly familiar with.

Could you please elaborate on your point re: Due Process? While I generally approve of the thoughts behind this executive order, I see the potential for abuse esp. by a President and administration after President Trump. Would sincerely like to hear your thoughts, BenLurkin.
Only that I’m opposed in general to asset forfeiture laws to rule by decree. And share your concern of potential abuse of this decree as well.
Good points. Counter point: some of the people this executive order targets are trying to pull off a coup right now. Trump is fighting back. Hard.
But is this a case of win the battle, lose the war? Or do we have to win this battle before we can even worry about the war?

You don’t deal with coup attempts with unregulated executive EO’s.
You deal with coup attempts with probable cause, arrest, and prosecution. If the perps are officials inside the government, you deal with treason by impeachment and removal.
Common, it’s time to get serious about the Constitution and serious about stuffing the feds into their constitutional cage. It’s time to END federal tyranny.

Think it will take us some time to get where things should be if that’s even possible anymore. Meanwhile I can’t blame Trump for using the tools the left provided to Obama (and they expected Hillary to have) to fight back.
You deal with the battle field you’re dealt, not the one you wished for. That said, you are 100% right it’s time to get serious about the Constitutiom. But again that will take time. Sadly. Meanwhile Trump and conservatives have to survive long enough to get there.

Meant to add this: the Swamp aka Deep State is so deeply entrenched that fighting against them by “Quensberry” rules guarnantees losing. But not fighting inside the rule creates the potential for disaster. It is a serious conundrum.

You need to get a glimpse of our goal: restoration of our Free Constitutional Republic. You don’t get there by aping the tyrant Obama. And I don’t know what you mean by “’Quensberry’ rules”, but we only get to our destination by enforcing the Constitution , the Supreme Law of the land in America.
Either the American People through their states rise up and overturn the unconstitutional 80% of the feds or the mostly unconstitutional feds will swallow up everything we thought was ours - “our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.” The choice is ours. It is up to no one else. Doing nothing lets the feds complete their agenda of total takeover.
We are on the same side.
Let me explain Queenaberry rules via a not totally exact but close anology: You are about to be in a boxing match. There are of course rules. The guy you are about to fight has brought a knife and killed the last few boxers he’s fought. You don’t bring a knife because well those are the rules. Guess what happens?
Bad analogy. The Bad Guy is the feds. Ignoring the Constitution is ARMING the bad guy.
