Could you please elaborate on your point re: Due Process? While I generally approve of the thoughts behind this executive order, I see the potential for abuse esp. by a President and administration after President Trump. Would sincerely like to hear your thoughts, BenLurkin.
Only that I’m opposed in general to asset forfeiture laws to rule by decree. And share your concern of potential abuse of this decree as well.
