He put up and then took down the link in less than 1-hour & 19-minutes! That a pretty fast change of course. Drunks don't work that quickly.

Sounds like either 1) He put it up and somebody had him take it down OR 2) Somebody on his staff put it up and he took it down.

Smells bad either way.
