I agree that actively seeking euthanasia is bad the questions still remains.

When is using extraordinary means like feeding tubes ect to keep some one “alive” is too much.

All people die at some point.

I hope if the time comes for me and I have a choice I can be strong enough to say no thanks it is my time.

For Christians dead is but the next step to meet our lord and savior.

Food and water are not extraordinary means.

Dead bodies are not being killed. They are living humans. If they were dead, there would be no controversy. There’s no reason to put quotation marks around the fact that they are alive. Your disapproval of the quality of their life, and their right to life, cannot change the fact that they are alive.

For Christians, God is recognized as the Arbiter of life and death. It is not for us to judge the sick and disabled unworthy of life. It is not for us decide when and how to end an innocent person’s life. It is our place to comfort them, not kill them.
