I think there has been a concerted effort by Democrat prosecutors to pursue these types of cases and pretend they are representing “the conscience of the community” as a deliberate tactic - lure in some misguided conservative church and community leaders to support the action and then mobilize the Democrats’ media allies to blame the whole thing on Republicans.

This scam has worked supremely well in convincing Millenials that Republicans are all fascists.

Better parenting would take care of a lot of that.

If her photo were to wind up on my teenager’s phone, it would not be under my control. Kids will be kids. I wouldn’t be using my kid’s phone. It would be on him.

We live in a ‘brave new world’, to be sure. I think things are different, but not as different as we might think.

In the old days kids used to play the “I’ll show you mine, if you show me yours”, game (whatever). Now they pass photos.

Some folks have said, “Parents!!!”, as if parents could prevent this. Could parents prevent teenage crime? Could they prevent teenage trouble at school?

I’ve seen home with three kids. They are each raised the same. Two kids abide by the rules, apply themselves, and succeed. One gets into problems and doesn’t for their lifetime. Should folks look at that one kid and say, “Parents!”? Of course not. Kids make their own choices, and yet even if you punish them.

You can’t control everything your kids do. Some kids will act out, feel like they are desperately in love,...

Hey, it’s life. We deal with things as they come.

She is ignorant of truth. She is dumb and uneducated-—as our publik skools intended when the communist John Dewey destroyed the Classical Curricula for Marxist indoctrination (godlessness, to “kill God” in the minds of our children).

Wisdom is being able to discern good and evil. (Cicero). She is far from wise-—a useful idiot of the elite pedophiles who want children and adults to be their slaves-—cattle—and they are using the skools to create the slaves and parents gleefully put their children in these publik indoctrination (group-think) centers into the irrational collectivist ideology where Good is Evil, sodomy is a virtue and Boys can be Girls.

It is a complete removal of Christian worldview and our Justice (virtue) System, Rule of Law (Higher Laws, God’s Laws).

Worldview is everything-—and children are being led to the slaughter intentionally and we, the taxpayers, are funding it all.

Are they going to try to charge this girl for child pornography too?

That's exactly what they're charging her with.

Could parents control juvenile crime?

Could parents control kids who wanted to act out at school?

Could parents control kids who wanted to shoplift?

Could parents control everything their kids were determined to do?

You can raise five kids the same way, four turn out great and one doesn’t have the judgement God gave a gnat.

Don’t get the idea this is a parent’s fault.

In this hectic world, parents need to communicate with their kids during the school day. The kids need to have a phone. Both parents are working, and they need to be able to contact the child and let them know a third party will be picking them up or some such.

These are the things we deal with today.

Her parents should be able if willing to handle the discipline in this case.

Parents leading from behind. It's the new way of leadership as demonstrated by the previous President.

It's going to take a few generations to right this ship.

Remember the good old days when guys had to be ingenious to see girls' privates

We had the opposite problem at our junior high school. There were these big iron doors at one end of the boys shower and locker room, that were for emergency exit purposes that opened to the sidewalk outside the school. There was a small opening between the doors and girls would often peer in while us boys were showering. Not cool to see eyes peering in and not knowing who was on the other side.

If she broke the law, she’s a criminal. If people don’t like the law, that’s why we have legislatures.

Perhaps her parents (and other parents) will learn a thing or two - exactly WHY does a 14 year old girl need a smart phone? A flip-phone, yes (since phone booths are gone), but why, again, do they need a smart phone.

Even a lot of flip-phones let you take pictures and send them. I don't think the answer is trying to pretend to your kids that these technologies exists, as they's going to know they do anyway. The answer is in teaching them some sense and discipline. This is not a job for the government.

“She doesn’t believe doing something wrong should lead to getting in trouble. God help us when this generation of kids takes over.”

I guarantee she doesn’t think it’s wrong.”

The kid is a slut, not necessarily a criminal.

“If people don’t like the law, that’s why we have legislatures.”

That’s how it should work, but I suspect the law will be changed via the court systems, with people - especially minors - challenging the law.

But the pendulum hasn’t swung far enough,
dearie. Boys have it even worse.

“I can track their movements throughout the day.”

Does it also track/copy their phone photos? If so, that could cut both ways - if you get a copy of an image deemed illegal.
