There are so many layers of what he can do with communicating on Twitter. It’s absolutely awesome.
One of the best articles I read on this topic posited that Tweets are part of a "Cheese in the Maze” subterfuge program. The idea was to constantly leak stories of chaos or whatever to get the Fake News media chasing those rather than the policy stories. While the media's knickers are in a twist, Trump WINS.
Frankly, I've come to see the Tweets as meeting multiple objectives, many of which are cited in the Glob's article. On balance, though, I like the Cheese/subterfuge angle. Trump has racked up MASSIVE WINS while the media has lost their mind on covfefe, Puerto Rico, jailed basketball players, and Morning Joe.
