How about instead we test out some wall types, decide on the most cost effective and longest lasting one (instead of just padding the pockets of some corrupt contractor with a government connection) and build that?

Walls aren’t rocket science they’ve been building them since the dawn of time. I’m with him, enough of prototype this and prototype that. The SR 71 from conception to first flight was under 2 years.
