Fox News ^ | 1-2-18 | From Neil Cavuto

Right to good part. Video at link too... _________________________________________________

"Homan said illegal alien smuggling organizations will use the California law as a "selling point" and that Brown "bit off a lot more than he can chew."

Homan said that Brown and other sanctuary-jurisdiction leaders may have violated 8 U.S. Code § 1324 - relating to "harboring certain aliens."

He said he hopes the Justice Department will look into whether officials can be criminally charged under the statute.

According to text of the federal law cited by Homan, any person "knowing... the fact that an alien has come to... the United States in violation of the law, conceals, harbors or shields from detection... such [an] alien in any place" can face fines and/or up to several years in prison."

“He said he hopes the Justice Department will look into whether officials can be criminally charged under the statute.”

Sessions will not look into this. He’s too busy seizing innocent citizens’ assets, chasing down marijuana smoking kids and napping.

Wait for the “Rock Back” before moving forward.
“Rock Back” is that motion of the vehicle after the forward motion stops and the vehicle comes back to stable position.

Town Cop really needed to get his/her monthly $ quote for
him/her to stop you.

Can they please bring an extra van or two for Mr and Mrs Brown and about half the city and state legislators who passed this sanctuary crap? And another van to confiscate all the money stolen from taxpayers to support the destruction of the state? Thanks.

Wait a second.........If Kalifornica brings and allows all those “illegals”, misfits, MS-13 gangsters, etc., pretty soon they may have enough added weight to break open the SA “Fault” and it (Kalifornica) will fall into the ocean. Would that be so bad?

Nice catch.

Let’s see...1 million new invaders x 10 years per invader = 10 million years in the slammer.

Do you think they’ll allow the sentences to be served concurrently?

In the NYC subway its illegal to move from one car to the other internally. You can go out and then to the next car when the train is stopped but thats it. Cops do stop people and fine them if it looks like they can pay. If its someone who looks like they never will the cops just ignore them.

Yeah, sorry. A local GOPe rep also has the surname of Sessions and he’s just about as useless as AG Jeff, so sometimes I confuse the first names.
