Who all play Rutgers a team who would have a tough time beating the better hs teams in NJ.
Every conference has crap teams at the bottom. Rutgers looks bad when they get pounded by the Big 4 in the B1G East every year. But even Indiana played competitively with all but Penn State, and went on the road and beat Virginia this year, and beat them pretty convincingly.
