Well, we moved to Georgia after a short stay in Wisconsin. The folks I know in Illinois talk about Tennessee and Texas.

Anywhere there is lower taxes ... Illinois is what happens after decades of Democrat control - big: union pensions, welfare, more spending than revenue, etc. The fix? Raise taxes ... More spending. The fix? Raise taxes - repeat until everybody leaves.

Michigan, Wisconsin, and Indiana ... The cancer of Illinois is focused primarily in Chicago. And cancer spreads outward.
