I’m old enough to remember Lou Groza. When I’m playing golf for money, an opponent will sometimes top the ball off the tee with his driver sending the ball bouncing into the ground and rolling a few yards up the fairway. I call that a Groza. After Lou’s famous ability to drop kick field goals.
Groza was a classic. I sometimes like watching golf, kind of a zen thing for me. Not any good at playing it, though.
