If this was indeed Bannon’s intention to sabotage the administration I would have no doubt that Lyin’ Ted would be behind it as well, to set himself up for a 2020 run.

I always cringed when Bannon called Trump a “blunt instrument.” The implication that Trump was an instrument for him to use.
