Perfect for cutting and splitting fire wood (I still do it by hand).
Perfect time for doing those little chores that you let slide during the growing and irrigation season.
Perfect time for vehicle maintenance.
About a month ago perfect time for mulching and plowing the fields.
Perfect time for cleaning out the barn and when your done, just sitting and listening to the snow flakes falling (yes you can actually hear them on a still calm evening).
Perfect time for sitting in front of the fireplace with my wife of 40 years and enjoying a good scotch and conversation.
Yes, winter time is SO HORRIBLE.
The Good Lord delivers me plenty of firewood into my yard.
But He doesn't cut it or stack it.
I am SO glad the wifey convinced me to get a log splitter 2 years ago!
