Naa, these are professional killers...whether we like them or not. They certainly know how to handle a gun.

Third-world “professional” killers sometimes don’t know what the front sight of a gun is for. Sometimes celebratory shots fired in the air kill someone on the ground. Most famously, a brother proudly celebrating his sister’s graduation, fired off his AK in the air, and one of the bullets, when it came back down, killed his sister.
Do you really have to mention that? First I’ve heard of it...jeeze that’s painful. Yes, the guy was a total idiot shooting in the air, particularly straight up. Maybe a year in jail for stupidity (i.e., shooting to celebrate)...but having to watch his sister die because of that is rough to even think of. (of course with his sister dead, I hope he did get more than a year).
Anything is possible, but one thing high-level terrorists know how to do is handle weapons. We’ll just disagree there.
He’s a total idiot, but that is a traditional Arab way of celebrating, firing shots in the air. So Arabs have a tradition to be total idiots.
