Donald Tusk, the EU Council president and former prime minister of Poland, warned on Wednesday that Warsaws Law and Justice (PiS) government could push the country towards what is already being dubbed in Brussels as Polexit.
In an interview in Polish weekly Tygodnik Powszechny, Tusk said that for PiS the benefit of being in the EU boils down to the balance of payments, with a complete disregard for other benefits like the common market, legal order, guaranteed security, etc.
He added: As long as were not a net contributor, the game is worth the candle for them. So I can easily imagine a situation where if one day Poland finds itself among the (net) contributors, the Polish government will decide that its time to ask Poles if they still want Poland in the EU and then will work hard so that they come to the conclusion that its necessary to say goodbye to membership.
Polands nationalist-conservative government has been on a collision course with the EU for around two years, driven mainly by its decision to impose a series of controversial judicial changes that, according to Brussels, threaten to undermine the countrys rule of law and democratic values.

It’s PolExitor vs the Monster that is the deep pEUk State.
Go PolExitor...
At a minimum, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic should all leave the EU. To stay is to become a vassal state of Brussels. And the worst thing about that is that an EU vassal state has no control over its own borders.
More power to the Free Polish people, to get out once again from under the thumb of German socialists and anti-Christian islamofascists invasion. Jan Sobieski is smiling at this.
Yes, I believe that will happen. I also think those countries will become closer to the US (at least I hope).
My biggest fear is that they will become closer to Russia.
Those countries suffered a lot under the thump of Russia but I believe they would ally with Russia simply to fight off the Muslim invasion.

Fat chance.
Poland is the largest recipient of EU funding, France is 2nd.
They receive 3x more than they contribute which maybe why EU bureaucrats think they can play hardball.
Do Poles and Czechs *really* want to ruled by an East German,as is the case today?
Dont leave! Stay along with Hungary to hound, plague and shame the rest!
Good. And move the US bases there as well.
Poland has a big border with Germany. They might have some leverage there with the Krauts. I don’t know.
They should leave while they still can. Once Germany has an EU army to command they’ll soon find it in their capital telling them what to do.

What the hell are they waiting for?

I believe a lot that was EU integration funding for projects and those programs are ending. You often use to see the EU symbol on construction projects in the former Eastern Bloc EU states but not so much anymore.
The last thing I believe is that source.
As it turns out the Polish people are smarter than the Western Euro-weenies.
Poland’s Military would crush Europe in a week.

Old historical saying: either you are on top of Germany or Germany is on top of you.
Yes, exit Poland, and take Hungary, Rumania, and the Czech Republic also! To hell with the suicidal European Union! Don’t let them drag you into their hellhole of decadence.
Is the E.U. essentially a manifestation of German will?
If the E.U., is upset with Poland, doesn’t that mean Germany is?
I may be off base with that observation, but it seems to me that is that case.
Free Eastern Europe from the tyranny of the European Union.
