Bonus’ are great...when the employer WISHES to make ‘em so.

Cutting PERSONAL tax rates, instead of shifting the biz rate cuts over (revenue neutral), would have been preferable.

Personally, I want to keep more of MY $$$, not be beholden to biz ‘generosity’...or not.
