I disagree. It seems to me that if we have federal laws, we need a federal law enforcement arm.
Any institution will reflect the general culture surrounding it. The problem doesn’t lie in having an FBI; the problem lies in rotten values, largely operating at the top echelons.
But, never mind. You’ve already proven ‘Godwin’s Law’.
Agreed. Show me anything in the Constitution that authorizes a national police force.
