Why Peter Strzok has not been charged with treason is a mystery.

Absend a declared war with a defined enemy, I think treason is a pretty high bar to clear.

US Constitution, Article III, Section 3: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

Use of force or advocating the use of force seems to be the key. This case may not even rise to the level of sedition.

A Treasonous betrayal? Absolutely.

Treason as defined in the USC? No. I'm afraid not.

Overthrowing an elected US President is treason. I don’t care what the lawyers and the media say.

It’s called high TREASON and there are so many conspirators that we need Nuremberg-style treason trials and MASS HANGINGS on the national mall.

When you turn the fed govt against the American people there is no bigger enemy. There is no higher form of treason.
