 "If the FBI “sharing” collected 702 data and information with private contractors and third parties doesn’t frighten you then you have a fundamental misunderstanding of the concept of individual liberty."

The root of the issue is how the DNC e-mails got to Wikileaks.
The Ministry of Propaganda has been pushing the narrative that it was a hack.
It was a leak.
His name was Seth Rich.
He was plugged.
Everything else is cover for that.

Heh ... total conflation of "privacy" with "liberty."

Snoops don't risk my liberty, but thugs and strongarms do.

Not that I'm happy the feds have butchered privacy.

There seem to be plenty of the latter.

If the FBI is hiring political “opposition research” firms as contractors, and giving them access to wiretap of the politicians they are “researching”, the FBI is so tainted it should be shut down and a new organization established to do the FBi necessary functions.

From the comments section:

starfcker says:

January 12, 2018 at 7:31 pm

"If we get to the bottom of who these contractors are, and who they are sharing the information they plucked from the Intel, we might find out who the people are who pressure people like Dianne Feinstein. Did Comey lie on the stand the way he did to exonerate Clinton because he was a die-hard committed Clinton Marxist, or did he fear Arkancide. Were the twisted gyrations of a John Roberts inventing reasons to save Obamacare any different than the gyrations of Comey? And were the pressures he felt the same?"

Something like that should be welcome in the future.

The FISA warrant and dossier are covers for the spying that was done by “special units” of the DOJ and FBI.

It's all so foul, and way too complicated for me to keep complete track of.

Hopefully the next month or so will be beneficial to the country.

“Snoops don’t risk my liberty, but thugs and strongarms do.”

The thugs and strongarms are the deep state leftists snoops burrowed into the bureaucracy.

Unless you’re a leftist thug, you should be concerned. Read the 4th amendment again.

The fourth amendment, where the government doing the snooping defines "reasonable expectation of privacy."

According to the research by Sundance at CTH it went as follows:

Fusion GPS had access to NSA material. About Queries were initiated and that info was funnled to Fusion GPS. That information was shut down by Rogers in Spring 2016. Fusion massaged the “info” and sent it off to Steele who then “massaged” it some more and sent it back to the FBI for their use.

I think that is the scenario being described. There were no FISA warrants per se, but many, many, many About Queries.
