Can I say the Nets are a shitty team? Is that a racist statement just because the majority of the team is black? Of course not. It’s because they fail to win.
Countries are not shitty because of race, ethnicity etc. They are shitty generally because of shitty (often greedy) leadership and failure to properly provide for their people.
