Based on what? I'm not here to make bets based on predictions, even against someone who hasn't gotten many predictions correct lately. I'm here to analyze the facts, and right now there's no evidence that Sessions is investigating this, other than the article you cited from last summer that appears to sensationalize the original report by Breitbart, which is known to stretch a few things on occasion anyway.
Look, I hope he is investigating it. There's just no reason to believe it, and if he's not, the sooner we can get someone else in there who's not recused from basically everything, when the DOJ is corrupt to the core, the better. So "hoping" or "betting" he is doesn't really have any value right now, in fact it's counterproductive because it's only extending the term for someone who basically has nothing to show for the entire first year of Trump's term.
