I wouldn’t quite say blacks “self-segregated”; they ended up in segregated schools because the towns themselves would end up mainly black. Busing doesn’t work (just damages a neighboring town); this will simply drive more “white flight” from NJ.

Doing ok Kearny. Hows by you? The segregation started by the blacks. I saw it happening in Newark was I was going to Essex Catholic High School in the early 70S. When the white flight was completed in Newark it all went to hell. Same in Paterson, Camden, every where.
