Where the hell does Kelly get off speaking for the President? Isn’t he supposed to be an ex-military man? Maybe he is not clear regarding who is at the top of the chain of command.
I am a retired Army Officer. I can tell you Officers have allegiance to those who make their career, Obama in Kelly’s case, McMaster and Mattis too. Trump is a convenience for these guys who show him no loyalty whatsoever. Why he puts up with it is a huge mystery to me. They are doing everything they can to ensure he loses in 2020.
He is weak on illegal immigration, favors a wholesale amnesty.
