You’re correct. The President can declassify any information he deems necessary. He should do it immediately and let the American people see how bad the corruption was, and is.

“The President, after all, is the ‘Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States’” according to Article II of the Constitution, the court’s majority wrote. “His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security ... flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President, and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant.”

Steven Aftergood, director of the Federation of American Scientists Project on Government Secrecy, said that such authority gives the president the authority to “classify and declassify at will.”

“Could” lose their jobs?

Not if they’re Democrats working for the government.

"A source close to the matter said the memo details the Intelligence Committee’s oversight work for the FBI and Justice, including the controversy over unmasking and FISA surveillance."

High-level Obama administration corruption.

It obviously shows corruption which should be made public to the citizen voters. Without an informed electorate, we as a nation will not have positive outcomes. Without accountability before the voters corruption will flourish.

Call your representative and demand it’s release. I just did and they are getting the message.

The House Intelligence Committee voted today to allow all congressional members to view a summary report of classified documents behind the “Clinton Dossier”.

As Byron York writes in the Washington Examiner: “At the committee’s meeting Thursday morning, Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., offered a motion to allow all House members to review a brief report prepared by the Republican majority summarizing the panel’s investigation into what GOP members call “FISA abuse.””

All of the Republicans voted to allow the sunlight, Adam Schiff and all the Democrats on the committee voted to block the sunlight.

If it contains what I suspect it does, it will be fun, a real hoot.

I'm pretty sure it contains what we think it does, but public release of the data won't be a laughing matter. General knowledge of the facts is going to cause our country to go through a painful, but much needed catharsis.

I predict a lot of liberals and so-called progressives are going to flat out reject the findings, and will ratchet up their 'resistance'. That spells violence. Lots and lots of violence.

Much like Rip’s endorsement of the Bundy Persecutor.

“Attorney General Jeff Sessions July 12, 2017 praising Acting US Attorney in Las Vegas, Steven Myhre, leading the prosecution of 19 men accused in the Bunkerville Standoff near Bundy Ranch-April 2014

“I think saying that he commends the prosecution leading these Bundy cases and this atrocity speaks for itself....but I believe him commending the prosecution on holding these guys for this amount of time and all the money that they’re spending on this retrial, this double jeopardy speaks for itself. He says he’s not taking sides, but obviously he has. So Sessions is not our friend...” “

This is a House committee investigation and MUST be released by the House.

That's my understanding, too. This memo contains information obtained by the House Intelligence Committee investigation, and so the House controls it. One might question, however, why (or whether) the FBI has obtained the same information, and if so, why this information hasn't been released to the public. Maybe it's 4-D chess, but the game's getting a little long.

Do you think Slick ever gets tired of watching us. For 30 years we’ve seen felony after felony, investigation after investigation. We’ve seen indignant Republican after indignant Republican. Nothing EVER happens. Same old movie, the only difference is that stooge Sessions’ snoring.
