Can we, at a minimum, revoke his citizenship/green card/right to be in the United States????
If he’s a fighter for ISIS, then he’s an enemy combatant, isn’t he?
Then again, I realize we aren’t formally at war, since we haven’t declared war on ISIS, or anyone else. So legally, maybe he’s not an enemy combatant.
But, Jeez Louise, this dude has made his bed, go lie in it.
Enemy combatant or not, he’s definitely a murderer and a terrorist which in my opinion makes him persona non grata. Revoke his citizenship and then hand him over to the Syrians if he attempts to return to the US.
