Edward Snowden revealed this capability, and now we are finding out how it was used under the Fake guise of protecting the country from outside influence and to tarnish a candidate.

I’m afraid the Deep State, although not New, has been allowed to grow out of control since Bush the first! The patriots ensconced in the Congress, save a few, talked big but never walked the talk.
The first time I took notice of Mick Mulvaney “in action” was when he did a press conference after being put in charge of the CFPB - he was large & in charge, quick on his feet verbally, actually answered their questions/explained things when he could and didn’t let the presstitutes run over him one iota & they tried. I’ve been a huge fan ever since. BTW, Rush said that Mulvaney told Rush he’s a “Rush Baby” .... listened to Rush with his dad while growing up. :-)
If McConnell doesn’t force an end to the shutdown by going to 51 votes and keeping his charges in line, then McConnell is still undermining Trump as well.

You have it right the drivebys have become so biased ever since President Trump took office there is no hope for fair and balanced from them ever again.
If fair and balanced is to be represented we will have to do it here in the New Media.
The blogosphere,talk radio, a few TV nets is where news will be created and acknowledged from here on out. The drivebys had their chance. They chose bias over truth and now it's just a matter of those last few that don't realize it to figure it out.
Now Coons is claiming a 30 day CR is too short but wants a 3 week CR. How about keep the shutdown going until they can negotiate a real budget?

Because he wants to do it correctly...cross the "t's" and dot the "i's" so the dims can't start screaming and obfuscating.
