Yup, given CNN's recent history of dishonest poll numbers ("Hillary will win by 10-15%"), it'a probably safe to add at least 10% to whatever they say.
You can just see the hate-filled CNN editors and anchors sitting around at a meeting saying "well, well we've got to make sure we show that bastard Trump's approval is below 50%, so ...."
