fact is that now that the kid has identified himself as being transgendered neither bathroom or locker room is appropriate at this point. suggestion to parents move and tell there son that he will have to wait tell he is out of school to indulge his belief in a gender identity other then the one he was genetically given at birth.

I hate the way PC gender issues force us to bastardize English and grammar. In this case, the MALE obviously expects to be treated like the FEMALES. Not OTHER females, because HE -- and I mean, HE -- is NOT a female.
If he were a female, he could rightly expect to be treated the same way as OTHER females.

Yes! In a school close to this one (same district) they had an identical case. The school was bending over backwards to accommodate the freak and was willing to have the freak use separate facilities etc. the asinine parents rejected that compromise and get the courts and media involved. I know who they are and wanna slap the mother.
Oh my, he is so obviously male, regardless of the hair style. If a person has the equipment of a male, he is a male and should not be allowed in women’s bathrooms or locker rooms.
