I had predicted they would release it today to get it out to the public before the SOTU. So as not to give the democRATS anytime to respond.
But in hindsight, I was wrong. They don't want the FISA memo contents to come out beforehand so as not to overwhelm what Trump has to say tonight in his SOTU address.
Maybe they'll release it now on Friday like most document dumps happen in DC.

That is not my understanding. I’d heard that he was a guy who’d come up through the ranks in the Bureau.
But their calculations were wrong. They hung their hats on the wrong candidate.
And there was always the fear of them committing suicide with two bullets to the back of the head if they didn't help Hillary win. They knew if they crossed her and she won, they would be dead meat.
