I called my congressman yesterday about trying to arrange for humanitarian assistance to the Hospital in Efrin. It is the only one in the region. They are handling lots of casualties with no easy replenishment supplies. Almost totally surrounded.
He has helped me before, hope he comes through this time. USAID helped greatly in Raqqa. These are not small things.
