Turkey has knowingly hired former ISIS fighters into the militias that they are using to attack Afrin (lots of them).
They know full well the kind of war crimes and atrocities to expect from these monsters.
In a short video clip that I saw recently of some these so called “Free Syrian Army” militias, it was clear that they were hopped up on stimulants - a trademark of the Captagon abusing ISIS fighters.

Not surprised, like our ComDems, Erdogan’s Turkey accuses the Kurds of using the drugs that ISIS has long used. Of course that it total rubbish, but the technique of blaming your enemy of what you do is the same evil technique.
