Except when it comes to the issue of abortion. He voted AGAINST his own party’s stance on the Pain Capable Unborn Child Act.

Was that before or after it was clear it wasn't going to pass? I suspect rather strongly that if they bill had been teetering on the brink of passing, he'd have gone against. This is an old trick used to keep folk voting for these clowns. They are given "free" votes where they can vote what their constituents want, providing their vote in no way affects the outcome. In other words, it's just another lie by a politician.

He also voted for Obamacare. Bottom line is that he is STILL a Democrat and anyone attaching ANY HOPES to him to help us out (at least while he remains a Democrat) is a TOTAL IDIOT.

Actually, we never hear the word "hillbilly" here in WV and have no idea what the author is talking about. He seems not to know the difference between a "hill" (as in hillbilly) and a "mountain" (as in Mountaineer). What do you expect of a mere journalist? He should visit here someday.

He got permission from Chuck to vote for Cloture, knowing it wouldn't pass. Show me where he voted against Dems when it mattered. As I have said before, Chuck Schumer is the Senior Senator from WV.

Also, Joe seems to be "evolving" on his position...
