Or the party of Lincoln that gave us 700,000 dead, the racial problems of today, and the all-powerful glorious cebtral federal government we know and love so much?

The Democrats rebelled against a lawfully elected President and took up arms against our Republic.

The Democrats rebelled against a lawfully elected President and took up arms against our Republic.

Around 2009-2010 I first asked the questions...

If two of the three branches of government (and their subdivisions) go rogue, what recourse does "We The People" have?

I totally understand that "which two" determines which of the possible options would be at play, but I have yet to see serious discussions about the question, never mind an authoritative answer.

It seems certain, however, that the question is no longer hypothetical. And if the question is not addressed, the only result will be chaos at best or a shooting civil war at worst.

That it would create a "Constitutional Crisis" is a non-answer. If Constitutional criminality is the cause, and the perpetrators are identified, the ultimate penalty screams for swift application without delay.

"Due Process" at some point becomes meaningless once the Rule of Law is not respected and observed by all.
