And if and win Contreras found out the basis for his FISA rulings and his decision on Flynn, does he have more responsibility than just a recusal? Who is in the picture to represent justice, fairness, the American people. The judge has to know by now his warrants were based on bad info, no responsibility to fix?

If the case is still open / active, there is contempt which the judge would have jurisdiction. Of course the case is presumed not open any longer....

At a minimum... one would expect perjury, and conspiracy to commit perjury. For those a federal prosecutor would be involved (calling Jeff Sessions) and who is the prosecutor going to trust in the apparently corrupted FBI to help in the investigation?

There is a 99 pg. report from the Court regarding abuse of the FISA Court. IIRC.

Yeah I’m thinking Contreras had to know. If he signed the FISA warrant and then found himself presiding over Flynn’s criminal case, you would think he would begin to probe a bit. These FISA judges have literally no oversight as far as I can tell.
