Jim Jordan: DOJ & FBI Dressed Up Opposition Research to ‘Spy on an American Citizen’
Big Government ^ | 2/2/18 | Sean Moran

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), former chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, argued during a conference call on Friday that members of the DOJ and FBI dressed up an opposition research document to “spy on an American citizen during a presidential campaign.”

The White Hous and the House Intelligence Committee released the FISA memo that details how the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) allegedly used the Steele dossier to spy on Trump campaign staffer Carter Page.

Breitbart News’s Kristina Wong asked Rep. Jordan, “Do you agree with Comey’s assertion today that the memo has wrecked the House Intelligence Committee, destroyed trust with the IC [Intelligence Community], damaged its relationship with the FISA court, and exposed classified investigations?”

Jordan responded to Breitbart News:

The “intelligence community” has shown itself to be untrustworthy.

We need to shut down some agencies entirely and restructure others.

Don't forget Susan Rice, who not only unmasked people, but conspired with the Brits to have them spy on Americans for her since she couldn't do it directly.

Clinton Admits Fbi Files Acquired
Administration Says It Was Honest Mistake
Dole Isn’t Convinced

June 10, 1996 | By William Neikirk, Tribune Staff Writer.

LAS VEGAS — President Clinton conceded Sunday that the administration mistakenly obtained the FBI files of more than 300 people, including many top Republicans, in late 1993 as the result of a “completely honest bureaucratic snafu” involving security clearances.

His chief of staff, Leon Panetta, told reporters that “obviously a mistake was made” and apologized to the people whose FBI files wound up at the White House. Clinton did not apologize directly, but said “I completely support” what Panetta said about the affair.

“It’s inexcusable that the mistake was made, but none of that information was improperly used,” Panetta told reporters aboard Air Force One. He said new procedures have been put in place “to ensure that that will never happen again.”

The incident grew into a political controversy when Sen. Bob Dole, the presumptive Republican nominee, likened it to Watergate when the Nixon administration compiled an “enemies list.”...........

Was the Page warrant used to surveil Manafort?

It’s worth noting that none of the charges against Manafort are from the period covered by the Page FISA warrants. Mueller is no fool. He knows damn well that none of that evidence will ever see the inside of a courtroom.

“spy on an American citizen during a presidential campaign.”

Sorry Jim, but they weren't spying of Carter Page, they were spying on the opposition Presidential candidate, and eventually, the incoming President of the U.S.

People need to be hanged to achieve justice.

The trick was to label Carter Page as a spy working for a foreign government

This allowed them to surveil and wiretap ANYONE Carter Page was in contact with

THE DEMOCRATS CREED——true believers

I Believe by Michael Kelly

I believe President Bill Clinton. I have always believed him. I believed him when he said he had never been drafted in the Vietnam War and I believed him when he said he had forgotten to mention that he had been drafted in the Vietnam War. I believed him when he said he hadn’t had sex with Gennifer Flowers and I believe him now, when he reportedly says he did.

I believe the president did not rent out the Lincoln Bedroom, did not sell access to himself and the vice president to hundreds of well-heeled special pleaders and did not supervise the largest, most systematic money-laundering operation in campaign finance history, collecting more than $ 3 million in illegal and improper donations. I believe that Charlie Trie and James Riady were motivated by nothing but patriotism for their adopted country.

I believe President Clinton when he conceded that his administration mistakenly obtained the FBI files of more than 300 people, including many top Republicans. I believe it was the result of a “completely honest bureaucratic snafu” involving security clearances.

I believe Clinton’s chief of staff, Leon Panetta, when he told reporters that “obviously a mistake was made” and apologized to the people whose FBI files wound up at the White House. I believe Clinton when he said “I completely support” what my COS Panetta said about the affair.

I believed Vice President Gore when he said that he had made dunning calls to political contributors “on a few occasions” from his White House office, and I believed him when he said that, actually, “a few” meant 46. I believe in no controlling legal authority.

I believe Bruce Babbitt when he says that the $ 286,000 contributed to the DNC by Indian tribes opposed to granting a casino license to rival tribes had nothing to do with his denial of the license. I believed the secretary when he said that he had not been instructed in this matter by then-White House deputy chief of staff Harold Ickes. I believed him when he said later that he had told lobbyist and friend Paul Eckstein that Ickes had told him to move on the casino decision, but that he had been lying to Eckstein. I agree with the secretary that it is an outrage that anyone would question his integrity.

I believe in the Clinton Standard of adherence to the nation’s campaign finance and bribery laws, enunciated by the president on March 7, 1997: “I don’t believe you can find any evidence of the fact that I had changed government policy solely because of a contribution.” I note with approval the use of the word “evidence” and also the use of the word “solely.” I believe that it is proper to change government policy to address the concerns of people who have given the president money, as long as nobody can find evidence of this being the sole reason.

I believe the president has lived up to his promise to preside over the most ethical administration in American history. I believe that indicted former agriculture secretary Mike Espy did not accept $ 35,000 in illegal favors from Tyson Foods and other regulated businesses. I believe that indicted former housing secretary Henry Cisneros did not lie to the FBI and tell others to lie to cover up $ 250,000 in blackmail payments to his former mistress. I believe that convicted former associate attorney general Webster Hubbell was not involved in the obstruction of justice when the president’s minions arranged for Hubbell to receive $ 400,000 in sweetheart consulting deals at a time when he was reneging on his promise to cooperate with Kenneth Starr’s Whitewater investigation.

I believe Paula Jones is a cheap tramp who was asking for it. I believe Kathleen Willey is a cheap tramp who was asking for it. I believe Monica Lewinsky is a cheap tramp who was asking for it.

I believe Lewinsky was fantasizing in her 20 hours of taped conversation in which she reportedly detailed her sexual relationship with the president and begged Linda Tripp to join her in lying about the relationship. I believe that any gifts, correspondence, telephone calls and the 37 post-employment White House visits that may have passed between Lewinsky and the president are evidence only of a platonic relationship; such innocent intimate friendships are quite common between middle-aged married men and young single women, and also between presidents of the United States and White House interns.

I see nothing suspicious in the report that the president’s intimate, Vernon Jordan, arranged a $ 40,000-per-year job for Lewinsky shortly after she signed but before she filed an affidavit saying she had not had sex with the president. Nor do I read anything into the fact that the ambassador to the United Nations, Bill Richardson, visited Lewinsky at the Watergate to offer her a job. I believe the instructions Lewinsky gave Tripp informing her on how to properly perjure herself in the Willey matter simply wrote themselves.

I believe that The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, Newsweek, Time, U.S. News & World Report, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, PBS and NPR are all part of a vast right-wing conspiracy. Especially NPR.

Nobody Knows How Many Obama-Era Presidential Records Are Missing
lifezette ^ | 01 Feb 2018 | Charles Ortel / FR Posted on 2/3/2018 by MarvinStinson

If those millions of documents are lost, America may never understand the truth about who should have been indicted That did not take long. Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz has forensic tools that FBI senior executives did not bother to use before incorrectly claiming that five months’ worth of text messages between bureau lovers Lisa Page and Peter Strzok somehow evaporated into thin digital air. Here’s another issue: Should anyone have confidence that all official presidential records created or received during the historic tenure of Barack H. Obama in the Oval Office are actually stored securely and fully preserved, pending completion of the Obama Presidential Library, which at present remains stuck in planning stages?

The National Archivist, an Obama-appointed holdover named David S. Ferriero who was appointed Nov. 6, 2009, has his work cut out for him. There are already dozens of serious questions swirling about missing Obama records, so endless controversies loom.

How many senior people in the Obama White House used personal or alias email accounts or private servers, as did former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her inner circle? At least one member of Obama’s cabinet —

Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson — used the fake name “Richard Windsor” in hundreds of emails while conducting official government business.

Is it plausible that Lois Lerner and her IRS emails actually vanished, that so few emails from Clinton’s years at Foggy Bottom intersected with Clinton Foundation matters, or that no emails concerning these and related subjects ended up in the Obama White House?

The Presidential Records Act of 1978 defines “Presidential Records” as including: “All books, correspondence, memoranda, documents, papers, pamphlets, works of art, models, pictures, photographs, plats, maps, films, and motion pictures, including, but not limited to, audio and visual records, or other electronic or mechanical recordations, whether in analog, digital, or any other form.”

Drafted before widespread use of the internet, the 1978 law should fairly be read to include, as a minimum, all emails and text messages created or received by Obama, the White House staff and all of his political appointees throughout the executive branch in the performance of their official duties, regardless of whether done using government or private communication devices.

From Jan. 20, 2009, through Jan. 20, 2017, Obama was required to “take all such steps as may be necessary to assure that the activities, deliberations, decisions, and policies that reflect the performance of the president’s constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties are adequately documented and that such records are preserved and maintained as presidential records pursuant to the requirements of this section and other provisions of law.”

From Jan. 20, 2017, forward, Ferriero was required to “assume responsibility for the custody, control, and preservation of, and access to, the presidential records of that president. The archivist shall have an affirmative duty to make such records available to the public as rapidly and completely as possible.”

How will Ferriero, or his successor eventually appointed by President Donald Trump, satisfy these strict statutory requirements to guard all items due to be transferred to whatever repository will ultimately hold the Obama presidency’s official records?

According to Clinton’s telling, no classified electronic transmissions occurred using her home-brew private servers or unsecured electronic devices. The private server was located in the Clinton’s Chappaqua, New York, mansion.

If that is true, then all electronic communications sent by Clinton to Obama are likely presidential records that should be available to the public. How many were sent by Obama to Clinton? Might that suggest she wasn’t indicted because if she was, then wouldn’t Obama also be? Former federal prosecutor Andy McCarthy makes a persuasive case for that possibility.

And if classified electronic transmissions occurred between Clinton and Obama, then the former president or his top aides should have noticed attendant troubles, and swiftly attempted to deal with them as relevant laws provide. That makes how many of them accessories?

What will all relevant presidential records reveal, should all come to light? I wonder just how hard it will be to reassemble the Obama-era presidential records, especially including electronic media, and then open these for public scrutiny, as the law requires.

Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) has a gargantuan “missing records” problem in his oversight role over the National Archive and Records Administration (NARA), where the National Archivist labors.

At least IG Horowitz moves swiftly and effectively, so let’s hope he has time helping to preserve all Obama-era presidential records, in addition to his other duties.

CHARLES ORTEL: Nobody Knows How Many Obama-Era Presidential Records Are Missing; Start here to find out.

NOTE: Let's understand. what's going on here (story below). Obama colluded with Hillary to hide State Dept documents. But the unspoken reason for this unheard of deletion, appropriation and illegal conversion of govt documents is to COVER-UP Obama's part in some horrendous activities. (1) The secret billion dollar Iran deal that included pallets of cash and gold bars....(2) the uranium deal, and, (3) the State Dept's Muslim Engagement activities....(as just three examples) undermines the safety and security of Americans and their families.

More than likely, hidden in these documents are Obama's transmitting billions of tax dollars to his pals.....some very dangerous foreign despots. Note that the documents taken are listed by pathological liar Hillary......AND IS TOTALLY UNVERIFIABLE.

Clinton Struck Deal With Obama State Dept. to Keep Records Private
Washington Free Beacon ^ | 12/14/17 | Jack Heretik / FR Posted by x1stcav

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton struck a deal with the State Department while serving in the Obama administration that allowed her to take ownership of records she did not want made public, according to recently released reports. Clinton and her then-deputy chief of staff Huma Abedin were permitted to remove electronic and physical records under a claim they were "personal" materials and "unclassified, non-record materials."

Judicial Watch made the revelation after filing a FOIA request with the State Department and obtaining a record of the agreement. The newly released documents show the deal allowed Clinton and Abedin to remove documents related to particular calls and schedules, and the records would not be "released to the general public under FOIA." The released records included a list of designated materials

that "would not be released to the general public under FOIA" and were to be released "to the Secretary with this understanding."

<><> Her aide, Human Abedin, was allowed to secretly remove electronic records and five boxes of physical files, including files labeled "Muslim Engagement Documents."

<><> Electronic copy of "daily files" – which are word versions of public documents and non-records: speeches/press statements/photos from the website, a non-record copy of the schedule, a non record copy of the call log, press clips, and agenda of daily activities

<><> Electronic copy of a log of calls the Secretary made since 2004, it is a non-record, since her official calls are logged elsewhere (official schedule and official call log) Electronic copy of the Secretary’s "call grid" which is a running list of calls she wants to make (both personal and official)

<><>16 boxes: Personal Schedules (1993 thru 2008-prior to the Secretary’s tenure at the Department of State (unverifiable)

<><> 29 boxes: Miscellaneous Public Schedules during her tenure as FLOTUS and Senator-prior to the Secretary’s tenure at the Department of State

<><> 1 box: Personal Reimbursable receipts (6/25/2009 thru 1/14/2013) 1 box: Personal Photos 1 box: Personal schedule (2009-2013)

<><> A physical file of "the log of the Secretary’s gifts with pictures of gifts" was also handed over to Clinton.

Gifts received by government employees is highly regulated, and often strictly limited. However, gifts that are "motivated by a family relationship or personal friendship" may be accepted without limitation.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton released a statement condemning the agreement between the government and Clinton. "We already know the Obama State Department let Hillary Clinton steal and then delete her government emails, which included classified information. But these new records show that was only part of the scandal," Fitton said. "These new documents show the Obama State Department had a deal with Hillary Clinton to hide her calls logs and schedules, which would be contrary to FOIA and other laws."

"When are the American people going to get an honest investigation of the Clinton crimes?" he added.
