Slobberin' Joe's yard looks like the perfect location for a homeless encampment or a Mexican "migrant" camp. Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd could donate some surplus shipping containers, and presto, you have a "Rainbow Room" of peaceful multi-cultural enlightenment.
