Not really. Ordanance handling facilities are designed so that the detonating of one doesn’t immediately cause a chain reaction detonating all of them in the area by one action. In other words, one accident doesn’t cause all the others to blow up at the same time.
It doesn’t prevent secondary explosions from projectiles causing other secondary explosions.
