Actually these guys are mostly focused on Russian celebrities and politicians which includes a chief of federal election board (he was pranked over election results no less), a minister of broadcast and communication (over so-called government ‘propaganda’ no less), ministers of health and culture, numerous senators all of the above Putin loyalists.
Last but not least a Ukrainian Benedict Arnold and a big time Putin loyalist Natalya Poklonskaya which was also an untouchable media darling right until their prank exposing her stupidity.
In that sense saying they are agents is so silly. The number of international targets is really short and mostly former USSR and the main requirement for such is to be a known dimwit to fall for it in the first place.
