Uranium one deal was partly going to North Korea which is why Clinton likely went to North Korea in 2009 Now that Trump is in office their sources of money has dried up. They will be compelled for a working relationship with the South.

At the very least the war will be officially over by 2020 that is if Trump wins the next election. If the black hats win all bets are off.

With fully operational nukes and ICBM's, NK will have more leverage. They may be little short on money now. But that can change if they are successful. By that time, any talk of unification means that it will be in NK's terms.

War can be over after NK having effective control of SK, if it is what you mean. I don't see Kim Jong-un surrendering nukes.
