Is his father Obama Sr, or Frank Marshall Davis? Honest question. There was/is so much confusion and deception around the issue that I do not know what to believe. Regardless of which is true, I wonder about the issue of Obama moving to Asia and perhaps taking on citizenship in that region.

Nobody really knows.
My suspicion is the original birth certificate says “father unknown”.
If he had claimed Frank Marshall Davis and he was born in HI, he would be a natural born citizen.
He claimed the Kenyan as his father.
That makes him not a natural born citizen.
He may well still be an Indonesian citizen by the name of Barry Soetoro, would be interesting if he still has an Indonesian passport.
