“Where are the Swedish men?” The best of them, descendents of the Vikings, emigrated to the New World. My paternal grandparents were among them, coming alone to the U.S. when still in their teens, bearing only a cheap cardboard suitcase and big dreams. Anyone with any get-up-and-go got up and went. The Swedes left behind are sad specimens. We’re seeing survival of the fittest in real time. Personally, I find it fascinating.

My great-grandparents did the same back in the 1870's, building a farm out on the prairie in Southern Minnesota. Long hard days of farm work while building a home and raising a family in a sometimes cold and hostile land. Conservative, hardworking, God-fearing Lutherans who built a church and a community along the way. Some of their grand children and great-grandchildren are welcoming the Somailis as if they are like minded, forgetting that they bring with them the poison in their hearts and minds. They will never assimilate as my great-grandparents did to the new world.

If the immigrants in Sweden today were expected to endure the same hardships they might not be so anxious to take on a new challenge in a new homeland. But of course it is not their homeland, it is just the land they have decided to plunder in the name of their god allah. After they have finished destroying Sweden they will likely move on to the next Christian or social democrat atheist country of the west with weak minded notions of open borders.
