Yes ... they keep talking about the solid “rank and file” ... I don’t see any Peer Pressure being applied to these two ... makes me think the “rank and file” is in on it too.
Either that, or their bureaucratic instincts (yes, I mean the rank and file) outweigh their moral ones.
