I don’t think that The Chief Justice would have any information other than which judges were appointed to the FISA court for which period in time. So it would be a complete waste of time.

The only way that he would have any knowledge of a particular case would be if it came to him on appeal.

Simon, my sense of it is that Roberts would be invited
to answer generic questions about the operation of the
FISA court. It would not be a waste of time if the
legislature and the public could find out how the FISA
court is supposed to work and what happens when the
court learns that they have been scammed.

But, two things come to mind. First, I don’t think
Roberts has the balls to answer questions that might
initiate a shit storm which will wash away so many
Dimocraps . Second, my evolving conspiratorial
side is causing me to think that maybe the FISA
court might have already been compromised (see my tag).
