I admire Rand Paul for standing on his principles of fiscal sanity and small government.
He won’t survive though. We live in a country whose monetary system is based on printed, unbacked money and massive debt. That means there is always more money for government and social engineering schemes. Its far too easy for any politician to simply agree to more spending and debt for bread and circuses.
Agree. Happy every time the government shuts down. This budget is a huge deficit turd and gives Dems everything they want and more.
