This is what winning looks like.....
It’s good news but it’s still a long way to November.
A booming economy will do that for you.
I consider this to be total fantasy.
It is not enough to elect people in R jerseys if they are Bush League Republicans hell bent on amnesty for 30 million new Democrats.
AZ is being set up to elect Flakes replacement as Amnesty Senator.
The Bush League Republicans are using Joe Arpaios ego to crowd out Kelli Ward, who is the reason Flake is quitting.
They want to sneak in McSally.
The MSM is working double-overtime on the false narrative that Dems are going to win big in November, hoping that ignorant people will get on board.
Rasmussen has him at 49% on his DAILY tracking poll. I just checked this morning to see if the budget deal was a problem for PDJT. It wasn’t.
*PING*
Why do people believe polls? Remember, HRC was a lock for the Presidency in 2016.
Go out and vote, folks. It is the way we stop those horrible demo_rats!
JoMa
Check back around 02/25, when everyone has received a paycheck or two under the new tax legislation.
That’s going to put a dent in the negativism.
And they just snatched defeat from the jaws of victory
They want to sneak in McSally.
Martha McCain wants to ride her test pilot status to fool the “military is always good” yokels in this state, just like McCain always has. If she wins, we have a female Flake in the senate. And all the usual clowns here who hide the state they live in but criticize Arizona for electing the losers we are stuck with will be out in force.
They are setting up a Hobson’s choice between Rino turncoat McSally and the far left bisexual Dem, Sinema, who will be portayed as a “moderate.” That’s the game and we can’t win.
That has been the game the Bush League Republicans have been playing for decades, forcing people into voting for their amnesty candidates.
It is going to be TURNOUT TURNOUT
And the dems are highly motivated fueled by Hate of the Prez
If the GOP doesn’t match them in turnout it will be a big problem
As the federal tax income receipts start rolling in as the economy booms, the static analysis warriors will be greatly discredited. This is not a zero-sum game!
I agree, and have said so on a number of threads.
We’ve gotten pretty much what we wanted with the tax cuts, and what I consider to be limited spending increases.
This bill signed early this morning limits growth in spending to 2.5% per year over two years.
By Congressional standards, that’s a very paltry sum.
Folks hear $300 to $400 billion, and they go postal without thinking.
Federal tax receipts should about double under trump.
Even if the budget was allowed to go up by this same percentage every two years, it would come in at a little over 20% spending growth in 8 years.
Comparing a 100% increase in tax receipts to a 20% growth in the budget reveals a very large positive move.
Our current budget is $4.09 trillion per year. If that increases by 20% in eight years, it would become $4.91 trillion per year.
Our current tax income is $3.654 trillion per year. If it doubles, it would become $7.38 trillion per hear.
Now, compare that new budget figure in ten years of $4.91 to the new income level $7.38 trillion per year.
This is what we wanted. Folks are now going postal over it.
Strangest thing I’ve observed here.
Trump knows what he is doing. Of that, I am certain.
Already tax receipts are way up for January - the first month of the tax cuts. I believe your scenario of federal income exceeding the budget will pan out if we stay the course. This will allow us to start paying down the staggering national debt.
Key is winning the November mid-terms for Trump. Send some people to Washington that will work with Trump to MAGA. It's all about turnout. Hatred of Trump by the Left will drive their turnout. Love of Trump and MAGA will drive our turnout. Love trumps hate. Wasn't that a campaign slogan? Time to use it against the hateful left.
